Due to the significant increase in freight costs our courier charges will increase from 01 December 21.
The delivery service provider we use is Go Sweet Spot, which offers a number of different courier services throughout New Zealand. All parcels will require a signature on delivery for security and peace of mind for both ourselves and the customer. When checking out please supply us with a physical address, such as a workplace, where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9-5pm weekdays. We cannot deliver to a PO BOX address.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number.
Plant purchases will only be shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays as we cannot guarantee that they will be delivered before the weekend and we wouldn't like for your plants to be sitting at the postal depot all weekend!
Within New Zealand please allow 2 to 6 working days for delivery.
Please allow an extra two days when shipping to a rural address.

Deliveries to a rural delivery address will have a $5.00 surcharge
For large and heavy items/orders additional shipping costs may apply. If you're unsure, email firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote. Otherwise, an estimate will be emailed to you when your order is processed.
There will be no returns on sale items.
If you are unhappy with your item it can be returned to us but must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Flora & Leaf will exchange or credit full price items that are returned within 14 days. We will refund full price items returned in 7 days. You can email us on email@example.com upon receipt of your item if you wish to make an exchange. Extra postage costs will apply if you wish to exchange an item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
All sale items are final and strictly non-refundable.
Faulty items will only be accepted if it is a manufacturers fault. Flora & Leaf will replace the faulty item if there is a replacement available. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo (if possible) showing the fault or a description of the fault. Faulty goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt of you item. If we cannot offer a replacement you will can either receive a credit note or a refund to the value of the item including shipping costs.
Returns & exchanges, except when the item is faulty, received outside of the above time frames will not be accepted. All items returned or exchanged are to be returned at your own cost except where the item is faulty.
We will only accept returns when the items are returned by you and received by us in the same condition they were originally delivered to you. Replacements will not be sent out until the original item is received by us. No credit note or refund will be issued until the original items are received by us.
Shipping charges from the original order, unless the item is faulty, are non refundable.
All items returned are required to be tracked.
We take every care to that the description and colour of the products displayed on our website are true, however, while we do our best to ensure a close representation we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by browser software or computer.
Prices on our website are current at the time of display but are subject to variation without notice.
Sustainability is something that all of us at Flora & Leaf value, this is why we, where possible, package your goods in recycled material such as shredded paper and reused boxes to eliminate the use of single use plastic packaging.
